Welcome to OBEY COACHING! Meet Alana, a Cree Nehiyaw from Piapot First Nation, Saskatchewan, with a powerful story and a wicked sense of humor. As a survivor of the 60's scoop and residential school system, Alana utilizes comedy as a tool for healing and self-expression. Overcoming her own struggles with public speaking and being shy, she ventured into stand-up comedy in 2014 to confront her fears and empower others to do the same. She was part of the Vancouver Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in 2024-25, she does corporate events and was on Family Feud Canada just to name a few!
