In this course, you’ll learn how to recognize what stress and anxiety feel like in your body, mind, and spirit — and discover healthy ways to cope. Each session includes calming techniques like deep breathing, grounding exercises, and body scans, along with creative activities like journaling, movement, and reflection. You’ll also learn how to talk about what you're feeling, build a personal toolkit of coping skills, and create routines that help you feel more in control. This course is a safe space to slow down, check in with yourself, and build confidence in how you handle life’s challenges — at your own pace, in your own way.
